Bayti grew up in Brooklyn, NY. She graduated from Albany Law School and passed the New York Bar exam on her first try. She is admitted to practice law in New York since 2013. After a decade of working with several firms, she decided to established her own practice and the Law Office of Bayti Chen, PLLC was born in 2024.
